Registration and secure online payment is via the dentevents.com website.
Payment must be made when completing the online registration.
Cancellation must be received in writing. Any cancellation up to 14 days prior to the course will receive a full refund of all monies less a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellation cannot be received within 14 days of the course and subsequently no refund will be paid. NZIMID reserves the right to cancel the course at anytime with no responsibility to applicants other than the refund in full of monies paid for the course.
